Chick Mash

Target: Fed to layer chicks 

Feeding Recommendation: 

• Feed the chicks as much or as often as necessary or desired 
• Chicks to be fed an average of 40 grams per day at this stage 
• The feeding is done in a progressive manner 
• This feed is given until the chicks are 8 weeks old 

At the end of this stage the bird will have consumed an average of 2kgs of chick mash.
